Town Square Floors has been family-owned and operated since 1963. The name is a nod to where it all started: a small floor covering shop on Georgetown’s historic square. Ray Bizzell, a former math and science teacher and high school principal, invested in that shop in 1978 because he wanted more for his family. His wife, Dorothy, joined him full time in 1984. That same year the business outgrew the square and moved to its current home across from Georgetown High School.
Today the next generation, Philip and Robin, carries that same family approach forward.
